Set up your sales pipeline stages the way your team sells
See every deal's stage at a glance and configure your pipeline to match how your team actually sells.
The Sales tab in Partners turns your list of deals into a working pipeline, grouping every deal into the stage it has reached so you can see at a glance what is moving forward and what has stalled.
To use it, open /tms/partners?tab=sales and look at the columns your deals are already sorted into. If those columns do not match how your team actually sells, go to Settings → CRM and add, remove or reorder stages until the pipeline mirrors your real process, from the first conversation with a partner through to a signed contract.
Two stages always stay in place, whatever else you change. Won and Lost are reserved closing stages that cannot be removed, because your win rate and your won/lost history are both built on them, and taking them away would leave those figures with nothing to measure against.
Every other stage is fully yours to name. Rename one and the deals sitting in it move along with the new name, so your history stays intact and you can keep refining your terminology as your sales process matures, without ever losing track of where a deal actually stands.
This is what keeps your pipeline from turning into the kind of mess hauliers know well, deals tracked in someone's head or a personal spreadsheet, stage names that no longer match reality, and a win rate nobody can explain because the stages behind it kept shifting.
