Frachta for road transport

Driver payroll from the runs themselves

Pay counted from what the drivers actually did — the shifts from starting a run to finishing it, the hours and kilometres driven, the nights and public holidays — in one calculation that the office, the driver's app and the payslip all show.

  • Per shift, per hour and per km
  • Standard rates, or a driver's own
  • Night and public-holiday pay
  • Bonuses and deductions
  • Per diem by country
  • Payslip in the driver app

Shifts, hours and kilometres

A shift counts from the moment the driver starts a run in the app until they finish it, each day once. Driving hours come from the truck's telematics trips during the run, kilometres from the telematics or the odometer readings; without telematics the office enters them. Pay per shift, per hour and per km in any mix, at the company's standard rates or a driver's own.

Night work and public holidays

Kilometres driven at night and nights of work are measured from the truck's telematics trips within the night period you set. A day on the road that is a public holiday — in the calendar of the country your company is registered in — earns its own extra.

Bonuses, deductions and the payslip

Bonuses and deductions carry their reason, and a deduction can recover a recorded damage. Everything is net: the driver reads the same figures line by line in the app, with a PDF payslip that says it is calculated from the work recorded — the official payslip and taxes stay in your accounting software. Per diem by country is reported beside the pay.

Questions

Is pay worked out gross or net?

Net. You set net rates, and the system shows only what the driver receives. Official payslips and taxes are made in your accounting software.

How are night kilometres measured?

From the times and distances of the truck's telematics trips during the driver's run, inside the night period the company sets (22:00–06:00 by default). A night with more than two hours of driving in total counts as a night of work. Without telematics, the office enters the figures.

Does it work out per diem?

Per diem by country is reported from the border crossings your telematics records, at the official rates of your company's country or your own, and shown beside the pay.

Can a driver see their own pay?

Yes. The driver app's Salary tab shows the month line by line, and the payslip opens as a PDF.
