Frachta for road transport

The driver app that connects the truck to the office

Drivers see their runs and stops, record arrivals, departures and proof of delivery, report problems and damage with photos and apply for leave — and the office sees it as it happens.

  • Runs and stops in order
  • Vehicle check and odometer
  • Proof of delivery and seals
  • Damage and problem reports
  • Leave applications, signed in the app
  • Schedule and payslip

Runs, stops and proof of delivery

A run starts with the vehicle check and the odometer reading. At each stop the driver marks arrival and departure, records seals and takes proof-of-delivery photos; the location and time are attached automatically.

Problems, damage and chat

Problems and damage are reported with photos on the right truck and trailer, an injury or illness alerts the office at once, and chat with dispatch keeps one thread per carrier. Stops, photos and reports work offline and are sent when the connection returns.

Documents, leave and pay

Drivers apply for annual, unpaid, paternity or child-care leave and sign with their finger, see their schedule, and read their pay line by line with a monthly payslip.

Questions

Does the driver need the company's login?

No. The driver creates their own account in the app and the carrier connects it by the driver's ID; one driver can work for more than one carrier.

Which languages does the app speak?

English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, German and Russian — each driver chooses their own.

Does it work without mobile data?

Yes. Arrivals, departures, photos and reports wait on the phone and are sent when the connection returns.

Who provides the phone?

The carrier that asks a driver to use the app provides a device for it; using one's own phone is the driver's choice.
