01What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together they let the platform work, remember your choices, and help us understand and improve it.
02The categories we use
We group cookies into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically; the rest are set only if you consent.
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, security and remembering your consent. Always on.
- Functional — remember your choices, such as your interface language, so the platform behaves the way you left it.
- Analytics — measure usage so we can improve the platform. Pseudonymised, and set only if you consent. PostHog is hosted in the EU; Google Analytics is not, and your data reaches Google in the United States when this category is on.
- Marketing — measure the performance of campaigns and advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta). Set only with your consent.

With your consent, the following trusted providers set cookies: PostHog (analytics, EU infrastructure — privacy policy), Google (Analytics under the analytics category; Ads conversion measurement under marketing — privacy policy), LinkedIn (Insight Tag, marketing — privacy policy) and Meta (Pixel, marketing — privacy policy). None of their scripts load before you grant the matching category, and Google runs under Consent Mode v2 so your choice is passed through.
If you withdraw consent, we signal it to Google and Meta immediately and stop loading every provider from your next page view. LinkedIn offers no runtime withdrawal signal, so its tag stops with that next page view rather than mid-session.
05Managing your preferences
You choose which optional cookies we may use. Open the preference centre at any time to review and change your choice — it is also reachable from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the platform, including sign-in.
06Withdrawing consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Reopen the preference centre and switch a category off, or choose “Reject all” — your choice takes effect immediately and is remembered for future visits. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while consent was active.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies evolves; the “last updated” date and version above will change, and we may ask for your consent again where required.
