Frachta for road transport

A truck route planner that counts the cost

Plan each run for the truck that will drive it, with breaks and rests in the right places, and see before it leaves what it will cost in fuel, tolls, ferries and driver pay — and what it leaves of the order price.

  • Routes within truck limits
  • Breaks and rests under EU 561
  • Tolls and vignettes by country
  • Ferries on their timetables
  • Fuel from weekly EU prices
  • Cost and margin per run

Routes that fit the truck

Routes follow the truck's profile — height, weight, axle load and dangerous goods — and show truck parkings for every break along the way. Breaks and rests are planned under EU 561.

Tolls, vignettes and ferries

Distance tolls in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Belgium, vignettes in Latvia, Estonia and Sweden, and in Lithuania the vignette until the end of 2026 and the per-km toll from 1 January 2027 are priced from each country's own tariffs, and ferry crossings are planned on their timetables.

Every run's cost before it leaves

Fuel is priced from each country's weekly EU diesel price and the truck's own consumption; driver pay, leasing and insurance are added; and the run's total is set against the price of its orders, so the margin is visible while the plan can still change.

Questions

Which tolls does the planner calculate?

Distance tolls in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Belgium; vignettes in Latvia, Estonia and Sweden; and in Lithuania the vignette until the end of 2026 and the per-km toll from 1 January 2027 — each from the country's own tariff. Tolls in other countries are not counted yet; where a covered country cannot be priced for the truck, the estimate says so.

Where do the fuel prices come from?

From the European Commission's Weekly Oil Bulletin, per country, combined with the truck's own fuel consumption.

Can it plan ferry crossings?

Yes. You add the ferry routes you use, with their timetables and prices; the planner sets the next sailing against the road, shows which arrives sooner, and you choose.

Is there an AI planner?

Yes. Write your instructions in plain words and AI turns them into rules the planner follows when it proposes which truck takes which load; each run uses one AI planner token.
