See Who's Handling Every Chat on the Exchange
Owners and permitted users can view every colleague's freight chats in one dock tab, labelled by handler.
On the Frachta exchange, every chat thread you open on /freight belongs to you personally, or to whichever colleague last replied for your side of the conversation - it isn't shared with the whole company by default. If you are the account owner, or if someone has given you the chat.view_all permission, you get a broader view: a third tab in the chat dock lets you see every conversation your team is running, each one labelled with the colleague currently handling it.
To use it, open /freight and go to the chat dock as you normally would. Your own active and past threads sit in the first tabs, unchanged. If you hold the right permission, a third tab appears next to them - this is the team-wide view. Open it and you will see every conversation currently running across your colleagues, each thread carrying the name of whoever is handling it, so you always know who to ask.
This is useful when you want to check how a negotiation with a carrier is going without interrupting the colleague running it, or when you need to pick up where someone left off because they are away from their desk. The label on each thread tells you who is responsible, so there is no need to ask around the office first.
It saves you from the situation where a chat goes cold because the colleague who started it is out sick and nobody else knew it existed, or where two people reply to the same carrier at once because neither could see the other was already on it.
