See Who Owes You What in One Debtors View

See what every partner owes and how late they are, all in one view, without opening invoices one by one.

Chasing unpaid invoices usually means digging through a stack of paperwork or scrolling through a long list of past invoices, hoping to spot which partner still owes you money and how long they have been late with payment. Frachta's debtors view puts that information in one place, so you can see exactly what each partner owes and how overdue the payment is, without opening every invoice separately to piece the picture together.

To use it, open Frachta and go to TMS, then Invoices, then Debtors, following the path /tms/invoices/debtors. The view lists each partner alongside the amount they owe and how late the payment is, giving you an instant picture of your outstanding receivables instead of a pile of individual documents to work through one at a time.

From there, you can scan the list to decide who to contact first, starting with the partners who are furthest behind or who owe the largest amounts. Instead of cross-checking individual invoices to work out totals for each partner, the debtors view already groups everything by partner, so the numbers you need to start a payment conversation are right in front of you.

Because the whole list sits in one screen, following up on several partners in a row becomes a matter of working down the list rather than switching between separate invoice records each time, which matters when you are managing payments from many customers at once.

This saves you from the situation where payment follow-up turns into a time-consuming search through paperwork or separate invoice records, just to answer a simple question: who owes what, and for how long.
