See Who Owes You What at a Glance

The debtors view in Frachta's TMS brings together everything your partners owe you into a single list, showing the amount outstanding and how late each balance is, so you no longer need to open invoices one at a time to see where things stand.

To use it, open your TMS and go to /tms/invoices/debtors. The screen shows each partner alongside the amount they owe and how many days that amount has been overdue, giving you the full picture of outstanding payments in one place.

From this list you can quickly spot which partners are furthest behind and decide who needs a reminder first, rather than trying to remember which invoices were sent out weeks ago or digging back through paperwork to check.

Because every partner's balance and lateness sits in the same view, you can work through the list from the oldest or largest debt downward, chasing payment in the order that matters most to your business instead of whichever invoice happens to be open.

Come back to /tms/invoices/debtors whenever you want an updated read on who owes you money, and use it as your starting point before making calls or sending reminders, so the chasing is guided by the whole picture rather than a single invoice.

This saves you from the situation where late payments build up quietly because keeping track meant opening invoice after invoice, and by the time you noticed a partner was behind, the balance and the delay had already grown.
