Never Miss a Document Expiry Date Again

Frachta tracks vehicle and driver document expiry dates and reminds you before they lapse.

Keeping track of every vehicle and driver document by hand is easy to get wrong, and a single missed renewal can ground a truck or sideline a driver at the worst possible moment. Frachta's fleet documents feature gathers these papers in one place and keeps an eye on their expiry dates for you, flagging each one with a reminder before it lapses, so nothing quietly slips past its renewal date unnoticed.

To use it, open Frachta and go to the Fleet section, then into Documents. This is where every document tied to your vehicles and drivers lives, rather than being spread across folders, glove compartments or someone's phone.

Inside Documents, each vehicle and each driver has its own record showing the documents attached to them and the date each one runs out. You can see at a glance which certificates, licences or permits are still valid and which are getting close to their limit. This gives you a quick overview across the whole fleet, rather than just one truck or driver.

As an expiry date approaches, the system surfaces a reminder, giving you time to arrange the renewal before the paperwork actually lapses. There is no need to keep a separate calendar or rely on someone remembering to check a drawer of certificates.

This matters most for something like an insurance certificate. Instead of finding out it has expired when an officer stops the vehicle at the roadside, you get a heads-up while there is still time to renew it, keeping the truck on the road and the driver compliant.
