Never lose track of your next partner follow-up
See which partner needs your attention next, with overdue follow-ups counted right at the top of the list.
The partner register on /tms/partners lets you attach a next action to every partner you work with, so you always know who to follow up with and when, instead of relying on memory, sticky notes, or a separate spreadsheet. This turns the partner list into a working to-do list, not just a directory of company names and contacts.
Open a partner's record and set a next action by giving it a short title and a date, for example 'Confirm new rate' due next Tuesday. That action then travels with the partner through the register, visible at a glance whenever you scan the list.
Sort the register by the next action column and it orders partners by that date, soonest first or last depending on the direction you choose. Partners who currently have no next action set are not scattered through the list as if they were due far in the future; they are pushed to the very end in both sort directions, because an absent follow-up is not the same as a distant one. That way a quiet partner never masquerades as 'nothing to worry about for months' simply because no one has set a date yet.
At the top of the list, the KPI row counts how many next actions are already overdue, so you can see at a glance whether your follow-ups are under control before you even start scrolling through individual partners. That single number tells you, before you open any partner, whether today is a day for catching up or a day for staying ahead.
This keeps you from losing a partner relationship simply because a promised call or a quote was never followed up, and from discovering weeks later that a conversation quietly went cold while nothing in the register flagged it.
