Never lose track of your next partner follow-up
Give every partner a next action with a date, and let the register sort and surface overdue ones for you.
The partners register in Frachta's TMS lets you attach a next action to every partner you work with, pairing a short title with a specific date so you always know who needs attention next.
To use it, open /tms/partners and select the partner you want to follow up on. Give the next action a clear title, such as a call, a document request, or a rate renegotiation, then pick the date it should happen. The partner's row updates straight away, and the whole register reorders itself around these dates, so the partner needing attention soonest naturally rises toward the top.
Sorting works in both directions, oldest or soonest first, but partners without a next action never get mixed into that order. They are pushed to the bottom in either direction, so an absent follow-up is never mistaken for one that is simply far in the future.
At the top of the list, the KPI row counts how many of these actions are overdue, giving you a running total of partners who needed attention before today. That number updates as you add, complete, or reschedule actions across the register.
This keeps you from the situation where a promised call, a pending document, or a rate review quietly slips past its date because it only existed in someone's memory, a sticky note, or a side spreadsheet, with no single place pulling every partner's next step together for the whole team to see.
