Find the partners worth a call this week
Every partner gets a nightly score out of 100 built from six risk signals, so you know who to call this week.
The partner register gives every account you work with a single score out of 100, recalculated every night, so you can see at a glance which relationships need attention instead of reading through every file in turn.
Open /tms/partners and you will find the score sitting next to each partner. Sort the register by score and the accounts with the lowest numbers rise to the top of the list — these are the ones worth picking up the phone for this week, before a problem that is still small becomes one that costs you the account.
The score is built from six signals: no orders placed in the last 60 days, revenue down against the previous quarter, a payment lag that is getting worse, a rating that has slipped below the partner's own 90-day average, credit utilisation sitting at or above 80%, and a contract that is approaching its expiry date. Any one of these pulls the score down; several at once push a partner firmly toward the top of the call list.
Not every signal will matter for every partner you manage. If one of them doesn't fit how you handle a particular company, go to Settings → CRM and switch it off for that account. Once a signal is switched off, it is removed from the calculation entirely, so the score reflects only what is actually relevant to that relationship.
Used this way, the register saves you from the slow, quiet kind of account loss: the partner whose orders tailed off three months ago, or whose payments have been drifting later each cycle, sliding past unnoticed until the contract lapses or the account goes cold for good.
