Chase Payments Faster With the Debtors View
See what every partner owes and how late it is without opening invoices one by one.
The debtors view in Frachta's TMS brings together every partner's outstanding balance and how late it is in one single screen, so you no longer need to click into invoices one at a time just to find out who still owes you money and since when.
To use it, open /tms/invoices/debtors from within the TMS section of your account. The screen lists each partner you deal with, alongside the total amount they currently owe and how overdue that payment is, giving you a single reference point instead of a stack of separate invoice records to work through.
From there, scanning the list lets you quickly spot which partners are furthest behind, whether that means the largest outstanding sum or the longest delay. You can use either measure to decide who needs a reminder call or email first, rather than working through invoices in whatever order they were issued.
This also makes it simpler to keep track of ongoing relationships with partners you invoice regularly, since you don't have to reopen past invoices to remember what was agreed or paid. Rather than cross-checking multiple open invoices against each other to understand the full picture of what one partner owes, the debtors view already totals it for you in one place.
What this saves you from is the common situation where a partner's unpaid balance quietly grows across several invoices, each individually unremarkable, until the total overdue amount becomes a real problem that nobody noticed in time. With everything owed and every day late visible together, that kind of oversight is far less likely to happen.
