When a freight forwarder or haulier runs several partners at once, chasing payment can turn into a daily hunt through separate invoices, especially when different partners fall behind at different times. The debtors view in Frachta's TMS brings together what every partner owes and how overdue it is, so you see the whole picture in one place instead of piecing it together invoice by invoice.
Open it from /tms/invoices/debtors and you land on a list of your partners, each with the amount currently outstanding and how many days it has been sitting unpaid. Instead of opening one invoice, checking the due date, closing it and moving to the next, you scan down the list and immediately see which partners are current and which have slipped past their terms.
From there you can prioritise your calls or reminders based on how late a debt actually is, working the oldest or largest balances first rather than whichever invoice happens to be open on your screen. Because the view updates with the state of each partner's account, you are always chasing the real outstanding amount, not a figure you last checked days ago.
This spares you the routine of opening invoices one at a time to work out who still owes you money and how urgent the follow-up is, so payment chasing becomes a five-minute check rather than a scattered search through your invoice list, freeing up time for the calls that actually need making.
