Catch driving-time issues before they catch you

Frachta's tachograph check flags EU driving and rest time issues before they become a problem on the road.

Keeping every driver inside the limits set by EU regulation 561/2006 is hard to do from memory, and Frachta's tachograph check in fleet gives you a second pair of eyes on it. It looks at daily driving, weekly totals and the two-week rolling total, and flags anything that looks off so you can catch it before it becomes a compliance headache.

Open /fleet/tachograph and you'll see the driving and rest picture for your fleet laid out against the limits: 9 hours of driving a day, with room to stretch to 10 twice a week, 56 hours in a single week, and 90 hours across any two consecutive weeks. Anything approaching or crossing those thresholds is flagged for you to look at.

From there, the work is yours: check the flagged entries against what actually happened on the road, talk to the driver if something needs explaining, and decide what to do next. The check tells you what looks wrong, it doesn't file anything with an authority or correct a record on its own.

Get into the habit of checking /fleet/tachograph regularly rather than only after a problem shows up. A quick look lets you spot a driver drifting close to the weekly or two-week limit while there's still time to plan around it, instead of finding out after an inspection.

That's the gap this closes: the moment a driver quietly runs over on hours because nobody was watching the running total, and it only surfaces when a roadside check or an audit brings it up. With the flags in front of you early, you get the chance to deal with it on your own terms.
