Find the partners worth calling this week
Frachta scores every partner out of 100 each night, so you can sort your register and see who needs attention first.
The partner score on your register turns six separate warning signs into a single number out of 100, recalculated every night, so you do not have to dig through each partner's file to see who is drifting or at risk.
Open /tms/partners and look at the score column. Each partner's score reflects six signals checked overnight: no orders placed in the last 60 days, revenue down against the previous quarter, payment lag getting worse, a rating that has slipped below that partner's own 90-day average, credit utilisation sitting at or above 80 percent, and a contract that is approaching its expiry date.
Sort the register by score and the accounts that need a call this week rise straight to the top, instead of being buried among dozens of otherwise healthy partners. Rather than scanning every row for warning signs, you let the score do that work and spend your time on the conversations that matter.
If a signal does not fit how you work with a particular company, go to Settings → CRM and switch it off for that account. Once switched off, that signal is removed from the calculation entirely, so the score reflects only what is actually relevant to that partner.
This saves you from the situation where a long-standing partner quietly stops ordering, slips into payment trouble, or lets a contract lapse, and nobody notices until the relationship has already cooled. A quick look at the sorted register each week catches it while there is still time to pick up the phone.
