01What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together they let the platform work, remember your choices, and help us understand and improve it.
02The categories we use
We group cookies into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically; the rest are set only if you consent.
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, security and remembering your consent. Always on.
- Functional — remember language and layout choices. None are currently set.
- Analytics — measure usage so we can improve the platform. Pseudonymised, hosted in the EU.
- Marketing — measure the performance of campaigns and contextual advertising. None are currently set; the category exists so your choice already covers them if they are introduced.
03Cookies we use
The table below lists the cookies and storage entries in each category, who sets them, what they do and how long they last. Use the filters to narrow by category.

Our analytics provider, PostHog, is the only third party that sets identifiers, and only after you consent to the analytics category. Data is processed on PostHog's EU infrastructure under a data-processing agreement with us. See PostHog's privacy policy for details.
If additional third-party tags are ever added (advertising, support widgets, embedded maps), list each provider here with a link to its policy, where it processes data, and the contractual basis (DPA) under which it acts.
05Managing your preferences
You choose which optional cookies we may use. Open the preference centre at any time to review and change your choice — it is also reachable from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the platform, including sign-in.
06Withdrawing consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Reopen the preference centre and switch a category off, or choose “Reject all” — your choice takes effect immediately and is remembered for future visits. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place while consent was active.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies evolves; the “last updated” date and version above will change, and we may ask for your consent again where required.
