Sort your partner register by score to find risk fast
Frachta scores every partner out of 100 each night so you know exactly who to call before problems grow.
Every partner in your register carries a score out of 100, recalculated every night from six warning signs. Instead of scrolling through every account trying to remember who has gone quiet or whose payments are slipping, you can open the register at /tms/partners and see risk ranked in front of you.
Go to /tms/partners and sort the list by score. The accounts at the bottom are the ones worth a call this week: a partner who hasn't placed an order in 60 days, one whose revenue has dropped against last quarter, one whose payment lag is getting worse, one whose rating has fallen below its own 90-day average, one running credit utilisation at or above 80%, or one with a contract about to expire. Any of these six signals can push a score down, and a partner showing several at once will sit right at the top of your attention list.
If one of these signals doesn't matter for how you manage a particular company, go to Settings → CRM and switch it off for that partner. Once a signal is switched off, it is removed from the calculation entirely, so the score reflects only what you actually want to track for that account.
Without this, risk sits scattered across separate reports and gut feeling, and the partner who stopped ordering two months ago blends in with everyone else until a real problem shows up. Sorting by score turns that guesswork into a short, ranked list, so the accounts that need a phone call this week don't get lost among the ones that are running fine.
